About the Company:
Option One Energy is an energy consulting firm that helps clients navigate through deregulated energy markets by helping them attain the best possible contract terms and pricing for their energy supply (Electric & Natural Gas).  Although our corporate office is based out of Chicago in the Midwest and Santa Monica on the west coast, our client base is nationwide.  We have consultants with expertise in all primary deregulated territories, our current clients include grocery chains, manufacturers, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, sports facilities and several different investment portfolios.
About the Job:
We are looking for a top notch contract recruiter (1099).  As a recruiter, primary responsibilities will be to provide Option One Energy qualified contract sales representatives. This position will understand the business of Option One Energy and will be able to identify and recommend quality candidates to hiring managers. Your job is to continuously build a network of potential candidates while seeking out high-quality talent in order to expand our growing business.This is a part-time position with the potential of a full-time conversion based on the success of presenting qualified candidates on a regular basis.We have the need for a contract sales recruiter to help us drive our growth and work with our team. In this position you will be responsible for helping us to identify, engage, and hire contract sales talent throughout North America.
  • Experience with recruiting contract sales Reps (1099)
